Unlicensed 24-Hour Residential Staffing & Support
We provide staffing and support (non-licensed) for individuals in 24-hour residential settings. Our approach prioritizes individual choice, safety, and personal development in a home-like environment. Support is tailored to meet daily living needs, manage routines, and promote self-sufficiency, all while respecting the unique rhythms and preferences of each person we serve.
Family-Based Support Services
- S5125/U5 Family PCS Billing
- For Adults (18+): Up to 11,680 units (2,920 hours) annually
- For Children (under 18): Up to 7,320 units (1,830 hours) annually
- Compensation: Paid at $12/hour
Respite Services (In-Home & Out-of-Home)
- Up to 3,650 units annually (912.5 hours)
- Compensation: Paid at $14/hour
Mileage Reimbursement
- Up to 9,600 miles/year
- Reimbursed at $0.41/mile
Billing Made Simple
We process all billing monthly, and families receive monthly payments — no hassle, no delays.
Specialized Professional Support
- Behavioral Support Professionals (BSPs)
- Our BSPs offer:
- Behavior management planning
- Crisis intervention support
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (IDT)
- Direct coaching for individuals and caregivers
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Our RNs assist with:
- Health monitoring and consultation
- Medication training and oversight
- Participation in IDT meetings for holistic care planning
